Fox d.o.o values your trust. Each of our users has a right for a refund if the services that he received are actually not as satisfactory as the user expected.
The interests of our users are at the first place for us, that is why you can be sure that your rights are under our protection from the moment when you make a decision to use the services of Fox d.o.o. All our user`s refund requests are processed with absolute attention and care.
Choosing the services on the website Fox d.o.o, you should know you have a right to get a refund in accordance with our terms and conditions.
To get an approval of getting a refund, the user should fully comply with the eligibility criteria. And if he does not comply with any point of the eligibility criteria, Fox d.o.o can decline a refund.
Fox d.o.o guarantees to support the users in case any disputes connected to the refund requests.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The user has the possibility to obtain a refund for 14 days from the date of the order.
If you want to apply for a refund, you have to send your request to The Customer Support Department email [email protected].
To avoid prohibited actions from the customers, all the information related to the disputed payments should be checked by Fox d.o.o. So Fox d.o.o may ask the user to provide such information like email address, phone number, the first and the last name, address, the reason of refund request or other details that can help to determine this transaction the user complains about. If the requested information is not provided or in case of any reasonable doubts, Fox d.o.o has a right to refuse a refund.
Fox d.o.o always does its best to process the refund request as soon as possible. Time interval of giving an answer can vary depending on the reasons for each refund request. Nevertheless, Fox d.o.o notify the user about the decision of the request according to the timeframes set out in the policy.
Refund can be approved or not after detailed verification of the user`s data which is made by Fox d.o.o.
If the user does not utilize the services, he should be canceled from the data base through the Unsubscribe page which is mentioned on the website. It means that all his future payments are already declined.
Fox d.o.o reserves the right to reimburse only the second transaction because the initial transaction was made with the customer`s acceptance.
Fox d.o.o can approve only a partial refund when the services were received by the customer. We determine the amount of the refund in accordance with the reason for the request. We do this really carefully and in good faith.
MAKING A REFUND REQUEST
Each refund request needs to be provided to Fox d.o.o via email [email protected] or by the phone number that is on the contact page of our website.
The subject of the letter with a refund request should be specified as “Refund Request”, and it should be written in the subject line.
The source of the refund can be issued the same way that it was done originally.
Refund can be processed exclusively by the responsible billing agent of Fox d.o.o. And the refund cannot be done in cash in any case.
TIMESCALES OF REFUND PROCESSING
Fox d.o.o may contact the user with the request of the additional information in cases when it is needed within five business days from the date of the refund request. This information should be sent no later than within fourteen days after.
It may take some time for the decision related to the requested refund to be made, which depends on different reasons. Final Fox d.o.o decision will be sent to the user by email:
- no later than within five days after getting needed information;
- no later than within five days after getting the refund request if no further information is needed.
In some specific cases Fox d.o.o can make a refund without user's approval.
Confirming the refund, Fox d.o.o processes it within ten business days without any delay.
Fox d.o.o can refuse the refund if:
a. The timeframe for the refund request was missed by the user;
b. The user does not send the necessary information to Fox d.o.o.
ABOUT CHARGEBACKS
Fox d.o.o hopes that in case of any misunderstanding the user will contact our Support Department, first of all, to get all the assistance. We are here to solve your problems related to the disputed transaction on your bank accounts which are connected to the services we provide.
So if the user requests the chargeback from the bank, Fox d.o.o investigates each chargeback situation made by the users of our website.
If the chargeback was submitted, the user could not count on the refund.
OTHER INFORMATION
A refund request does not mean that a refund will be approved.
Any additional fees associated with the initial payment, refund, conversion of funds are not refundable. Any additional funds related to the initial payment, conversion of funds are not refundable.
The Refund Policy can be changed from time to time. And it is always decided by the Fox d.o.o.
In any case, when the user does not want to accept the revised Refund Policy, he cannot be the customer of the services of Fox d.o.o anymore. The new Refund Policy adapts to the user`s utilization of services if he makes another one purchase on the website after the renewal.
Fox d.o.o is not liable for different losses, that can include revenues or lost profits related to the provided by Fox d.o.o services, the amount or the refund processing time.
